These are the general terms and conditions of Bamboi®. These, together with the references they contain, apply to any agreement we make with you. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By visiting our website or purchasing anything, you are participating in this agreement.

All new additions to the current website are also subject to the terms and conditions. We have the right to modify these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.

Article 1 – Products

Our products and services are available exclusively online. These products and services may have limited stock and can only be returned following our return policy.

We have done our best to display our products online as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee how this will appear on your computer screen.

We reserve the right to restrict the sale of products to geographical region and limit the quantity of products. Without notice, prices and descriptions of products are subject to change at any time. We also reserve the right da teen a product may be terminated at any time.

Article 2 – Account information

To order a product, you must provide us with your personal information to do so. You must fill in this personal information truthfully and it must be current. You agree to keep your account and other information, including email address and payment information, so that we can complete uew purchases and contact you. We protect your personal information well; see also our Privacy Statement on our website. You are solely responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password).

Article 3 – Payments

The price of the products is indicated in our web shop. The prices of our products are subject to change at any time and without notice. You pay via our online payment service; Payvision provides this payment service.
Shipping costs are at your expense.

Article 4 – Deliveries (Service).

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to modify or discontinue the Service (which includes Deliveries). We will deliver your product to the address you provided when you placed your order. You cannot change the address once we have already shipped the package. Sendcloud handles distribution. When the package is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us, allowing you to track the order. We will do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirming the order. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, you can ask us to (a) immediately refund the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).

Article 5 – Return

For hygienic reasons, a product, which has been delivered, cannot be returned. A package may have suffered damage. In this case, notify us within 3 days of delivery via A staff member will discuss the various options with you so that a good outcome is reached for both parties. We will reimburse the cost of the return up to a maximum of €7.25 .

You may always return the product within 14 days after you receive it (the product must still be sealed). You can do this by sending an e-mail to After you receive confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days and pay the cost of return shipping. We will reimburse the cost of the return up to a maximum of €7.25 . During the time you have to consider whether to keep the product, you should handle the product and its packaging carefully. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product.

Article 6 – Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by use of any product. Your right to compensation will be up to the amount of the product ordered and paid for.

Article 7 – Cancellation policy subscription

All subscriptions provided by us can be changed and cancelled at any time after the first payment has been made by the customer. From then on, the customer is free to cancel or modify a subscription.

Article 9 – Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) in our texts, photos, images and other materials, are our property (or are under our control with the permission of the rights holder). Your use must not infringe on this.

Article 10 – Comment and Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint about the performance of the agreement, we would like to hear from you. Then send your complaint as soon as possible (and as fully described as possible) to We will resolve your complaint as soon as possible, no later than five days after we receive your complaint. If the complaint takes longer to settle, please contact us again yourself. If we cannot resolve the complaint among ourselves, a dispute arises that is covered by the dispute resolution process.

Article 11 – Dispute resolution and competent court

  1. These terms and conditions and the agreements we enter into with you are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the court in Amsterdam shall have jurisdiction.
